Shipping is handled by Japan Post/other shipping companies. Delivery usually takes about 2-3 days.

All orders are fully insured and can be tracked on the Japan Post/other shipping company website.

We are a professional online dealer that works with Japan Post/other shipping companies to express long-distance delivery orders and deliver them to your door. Please make sure you are home when your package arrives.

All packages are mailed in separate boxes.

Return Policy:

We guarantee complete satisfaction. Before returning any items, please contact us at your shipping address before enjoying our simple return policy. All items returned to us must be in their original condition. In other words, all tags must be attached and the item must not be worn, altered, or washed.

All items ordered are the correct items selected here. We guarantee the correct order package when returning the correct items for a refund. All items can only be returned if you request a refund within 7 days of receiving the parcel.

All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee and bank fees. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Shipping costs for returns or exchanges of the correct order package are not covered. Shipping and handling are your responsibility.

Furthermore, we are not responsible for lost packages, so we recommend adding tracking and insurance to protect them.

All returned items must be sent to the shipping address provided via email.

Exchanges: We accept exchanges for different sizes or colors within 15 days of receiving the parcel. Please provide your order ID; one of our customer service representatives will assist you. If you wish to exchange an item for a different style, you must return the item for a refund* (according to our return policy) and place a new order for your preferred style.

We do not cover the shipping costs for exchanges; you are responsible for the return shipping costs and the cost of sending the exchanged item back to you.

We are not responsible for lost packages, so we recommend adding tracking and insurance when shipping your items for your own protection. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation:

If you cancel an order before it is shipped, a cancellation fee will be charged. This is 10% of the total order amount. To process all orders as quickly as possible, it may not be possible to cancel an order after it has been placed.

Cancellation requests after an order has been shipped will be handled according to our return policy.
